Manufacture of turnkey molds

Sigma Corporation, experienced mold maker :  SIGMA brings together several mouldmakers based in France and China to offer its customers a wide range of services related to tooling for plastics processing. With more than 20 years of experience, SIGMA develops more than 150 molds per year, ranging from the simplest to the most technical (bi-material, counter-deformation, silicone, thin walls, etc.), from design to turnkey delivery.

The Sigma concept

We have elaborated our process over the years to be able to offer our customers turnkey molds. The procedure we follow allows us to keep control of the pre-study, testing and delivery of the mold to our customer.

Our teams ensure that European standards are respected in China thanks to a total mastery of French project managers.

In addition, we receive and prepare the molds on our French and Chinese sites in order to allow the customer immediate use. Our Attem and CSM entities, thanks to their know-how and strategic location, ensure the follow-up of the relationship by enabling the client to make quick and effective changes.

Teams of experts and a communication system

All studies are supervised by project managers based in France to be as close as possible to the customer's requirements.

Sigma Group has designers and experts in CAD, metrology and rheology at its disposal. Our team in China is made up of our French experts. The Chinese team follows the development and testing and also carries out metrological studies.

Our teams are in constant dialogue thanks to an optimised internal communication system through our experience in the mold world.
